New to the forums here, and wanted to put an idea out there:
With money being tight, and going Green being slightly expensive, has anybody ever thought of approaching the government with legislation in regards to withdrawing money from a 401K without penalty or a reduced penalty to purchase green technologies (ie: Solar panels, new windows, energy efficient vehicles, etc.) in order to stimulate the economy/reduce carbon output without going further into debt? :D
