We are a an Arch. Millwork fabricator/installer (http://www.cynkarsantini.com) based in MD. We've been in business for 14yrs and recently begun to try and implement more sustainable development and production.
There are many in our field who regularly make "sustainable" claims on their products and techniques. Indeed the word "Green" has become pretty ubiquitous. I'd really be interested in a discussion of what this term means to others working in this field, or disagreements with our claims.:)

Welcome to the forum ike! :)

Thanks for your comments. I would also agree there is no set definition of 'green' and it is/will be a buzz word in the future. I think many have a general understanding of the green angle and sustainability. I am curious as to what you and others think of when we think 'green' or think 'sustainable'?

Regards,
Cass
