Green Buildings can be constructed, such buildings can have a solar and wind based power source generation. This can be divided equally and feed to all the places around the building for minimal lighting and basic electric sockets.

Corporate entities that may not want to take a 'full' step by investing in solar panels etc. can also purchase renewable energy credits or use 'green power' available on the open power grid. :)
