    Default My Green Cleaning Company

    Hi,

I have a green cleaning company, it's insured and I can beat the prices of conventional cleaning.

I can do low rise office buildings.

But I am having a heck of a time finding the owners of the buildings to be able to pitch my services.

Does anyone here have any advice for me, on how to find and contact building owners? I have called the city, the library, etc. to try to find owner's information, I believe once they hear it is green and cheaper, they will be interested.

Or, does anyone here own a building and have any advice on how I can start to network with, and find building owners?

    Thanks!

    Sar

    Hey Sar,

We are based in Los Angeles and have been helping green businesses reach end-users through social media and high impact video. Have you considered producing a YouTube video describing your services and the advantages over traditional cleaning services?

Aside from that, have you been taking advantage of the various social networks to communicate with local businesses in the area? People and companies ARE looking for green products and services... you just need to help them find you!

Of course... there is always the dreaded cold call.

Does your company have a disinfectant that can fit under the requirements for LEED certification? There is a market there too. I definitely agree that social networking (Twitter, Facebook etc) are pretty effective once you get 'in'.

Default efficient building facade cleaning brushing

Your work : building facade cleaning is very important for the society.

I used to live in germany a few years, i enjoyed very much these clean building facade,
you can see the white color of the ancients stones.
You can see the bright painting of the facades. Gives a good mood to the city.

After i used to live in Paris, I noticed imediatley that the people of this city didn't wash their facades.
Imediately, this country seems poorest as the other, just because the building facades are dirty. They never clean it. or just in the tourist area.

I think that a brush, a soft brush and washing powder can wash very well.
No need of a special product for cleaning a facade. Washing powder is largely enough.
Basic washing powder is very efficient.

I have an idea, before i wanted to make this buisiness in Asia. facade cleaning company.
You must learn a bit photoshop or this kind of softwear. May be you already know it.
You take a picture of the building now when it is dirty.
you apply a whitning touch with the photoshop.
Then you have this picture. like a view of this beautifull low building clean.
Must find a way to produce cheap photos. cheap printing.
then you give this photo to the gardiens of the building. or the entrance information desk, you tell them to give it to the owner.
They will soon or later bring it to the owner.

Or. imagine a street. or a pedestrian street, the buildings there have dirty facades.
you take pictures of the street. like four pictures. you see the complete str
    eet with this four pictures.
Now you do the same. you make it more bright with the photoshop.
now the result is convincing. this street looks fantasic.

You send this pictures to the local authorities. Mayors or i don't know wich one in your country the US.
The one responsible for the city.
You tell them your price. they will be convinced.

You can also send this pictures to the local residents like the shops owners of this street.
The local authorities will soon or later force the owners to wash their buildings.
