    Default My Green Cleaning Company

    Share |

    Hi,

I have a green cleaning company, it's insured and I can beat the prices of conventional cleaning.

I can do low rise office buildings.

But I am having a heck of a time finding the owners of the buildings to be able to pitch my services.

Does anyone here have any advice for me, on how to find and contact building owners? I have called the city, the library, etc. to try to find owner's information, I believe once they hear it is green and cheaper, they will be interested.

Or, does anyone here own a building and have any advice on how I can start to network with, and find building owners?

    Thanks!

    Sar

    Hey Sar,

We are based in Los Angeles and have been helping green businesses reach end-users through social media and high impact video. Have you considered producing a YouTube video describing your services and the advantages over traditional cleaning services?

Aside from that, have you been taking advantage of the various social networks to communicate with local businesses in the area? People and companies ARE looking for green products and services... you just need to help them find you!

Of course... there is always the dreaded cold call.

Does your company have a disinfectant that can fit under the requirements for LEED certification? There is a market there too. I definitely agree that social networking (Twitter, Facebook etc) are pretty effective once you get 'in'.

    Hi Sar,

Congratulations on your business. I have been cleaning green for about 8 years and absolutely love it.

I am really glad to hear you have started your company. Best of luck to you.

    Default Good luck!

I would definitely do a website....that is how most people research these days. Also, I would join a local business networking group....each one is different but they often meet once a month for a meal and network....it's a refferal group.

Best of luck to you! A very admirable service!
