A positive look at electric cars in the future
A very good video on where the power for electric vehicles will come from.

Electric cars are very promising. And while technology is still limited in that gas is still required to power/recharge fuel cars while running, these hybrids will cut emissions significantly. Hopefully in the near future, pure electric cars should be economically available already.
There is an interesting note on the video on how we could be demanding more on electric power if more and more electric/hybrid vehicles are running the streets. So it's just one form of energy to another.
Right now our electricity is generated mostly through power plants that still pollute the environment and add to the green house effect in one way or another. So it would be good if our power plants rely less on fossil fuels and more on renewable energy.
