In "Conservative" dominated Canada, McGuinty's wind power policy has plenty of money-addicted right-wing critics who only care about the higher cost, not about breathing clean air in a healthy environment. It's certainly true, oil and coal are cheaper per unit, but people pay with unhealthy conditions produced by the massive pollution from coal fired power plants and oil powered factories. But if all a person cares about is money, like a chain smoker, they will choke on the air pollution and feel good that they're paying lower fuel rates.
