Green energy technology definitely costs more than coal, oil and natural gas, but the issue is not cost, it is human survival in a healthy environment. So, the government is making a big mistake by trying to make it appear otherwise. The basic problem is the growing human population, now 7 billion and counting. But nobody can argue with an instinct, especially the one that inspires all life on Earth.
