Do you believe there is green hotel ? I do not think so. How about you?

I think there are many eco-friendly hotels worldwide making a huge effort to help our mother earth. I've visited a five star hotel in our town who really participates in recycling program. In this simple way, we can help take care our planet.
Actually, there are. But not so many of them. Besides, what green hotels do in order for them to be green is to replace all of their appliances that emits carbon dioxide.
I have a simple tips on how to green an air conditioner. When you purchase an air conditioner, look for GE or LG brand. These models usually have energy star symbol. Have you noticed that?
That's exactly the point. How many hotels are going green? Maybe you can count the number of "green hotels" around your locality with your hand. It's not that many.
But it's not really a bad thing to go green for hotels. For one they can save a lot on costs which is good for business. They would be helping the environment too. The quality of service doesn't have to be affected just because a hotel has adopted a "green" policy.
The Galt Hotel in Louisville Kentucky has sister buildings one geothermal the other is not. They give numbers showing savings of more than $225,000.00 plus yearly and estimated reduction in maintenance of 80%.
Geothermal, Heat pumps go a long way. Geothermal offers savings for heating from 40 to 70% and cooling as high as 90% savings over conventional systems.
Not sure about hotels but private residences are being built with zero heating and cooling bills by adding solar to geothermal.
well if u ask me no .. all hotels are not eco friendly..they just say they are green but not dat green they are same as the others..
