Default North Dakota lake swallows land and buildings

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. It's been called a slow-growing monster: a huge lake that has steadily expanded over the last 20 years, swallowing up thousands of acres, hundreds of buildings and at least two towns in its rising waters.

Commercially addicted humans thrash around looking for somebody or something to blame for various disasters, political, economic or environmental, like the President, or Congress, or the Devil, or Islam, anyone else but themselves and their own corrupt, ecocidal behavior. Only a tiny faction of ecology-conscious citizens are willing to change and reform, so the environment continues to degenerate and erupt out of its former natural balance with spreading wildfires, droughts, floods and storms. Thus, the mass of idiot humanity have made their greed-driven economic bed of pollution and now they will lie in it because it is World-wide and inescapable.
