AP - The federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management on Tuesday began seeking proposals from developers that want to build commercial wind farms off the Massachusetts coast, even before construction has begun on the Cape Wind project.

If the human population were not growing, there would be no excuse for such excessive development of any technology, wind power or coal power, too many people need too much of everything. Peacefully reduce the human population and there will be enough electricity for everyone without sprawling expansion of power facilities everywhere.
