India is one of them. Its CO2 output is prodigious and so is its soot cloud at seven times the size of the country. Indian emissions affect the equatorial monsoon , Maldive food crop reduction and on up to soot deposits in the Arctic accelerating melting. Their TFR of 2.6 guarantees a crash.
