The only reason the oil companies want to drill for oil off the Arctic coast is because the growing human population needs ever more electricity. So, peacefully reduce the human population with family planning education and the growing demand will turn into a shrinking demand and green energy will be enough for a more cooperative society living in peace and balance with the biosphere that supports us.
