AP - Global mercury emissions could grow by 25 percent by 2020 if no action is taken to control them, posing a threat to polar bears, whales and seals and the Arctic communities who hunt those animals for food, an authoritative international study says.

Thanks for that article, Cass. I had thought that Alaskan salmon was safe to eat, and now it looks like there is no place where the fish don't have mercury chloride in them. I knew the species from Vietnamese farm fishing and the mid oceans were bad, and even lake fish in the US. That is all people need, for a pollutant to make them even dumber.
