Yet, the population in Micronesia is also growing, instinctively assuming an endless supply of island resources; and if they become refugees, they will continue to grow their population in the refugee camps, like people everywhere around the World blindly birthing children they assume will be supported somehow. Like everyone, they can anticipate consequences from the rising sea level and justifiably protest, but not their own growing population.
