The Indian population keeps growing relentlessly so they must resort to nuclear power technology whatever the risks, but they will suffer the same problems as other nations because profit is always at war with safety.
Industrialized countries thurst for power like they just spent a week in the desert. I was at an energy conference revently where the argument was made that the world is going to need so much power that it doesn't matter where it comes from. That kind of need is scary.
