Imagine the entire human race converts to green technology while it grows its population and its economy, so 7,8,9,10 billion people all drive electric cars and safely recycle all their waste products. But 10 billion people and counting would leave no areas for wilderness or any natural weather systems, so the question remains: How many people can the Earth support? But this is empty speculation because the fact is the global ocean is filling up with trash, garbage, sludge, junk, scrap and plastic slurry, the consequences of which are ecocide and extinction, period, end of the human story. When our planet's life-support systems collapse no life can survive.
