Better late than never?? The alarm should have been continuously sounded on overpopulation since 1970 and Human exhaust and burning caused global warming in 1992.
Val, I agree with you. Ban ki Moon should already know that climate change is caused by the growing tons of garbage, sludge and junk dumped in the ocean and landfills and the tons of fumes spewed up into the air every day. So, it is bound to get much worse unless we all agree that we humans are the problem. To survive, we need to safely recycle 100%, peacefully reduce our human population with family planning education, and plant several million trees on the five continents, Eurasia, Africa, Australia and North and South America. There is no alternative but ecocide and extinction.
