    Default Pennsylvania Seeking Solution to Illegal Dumping (ContributorNetwork)

    ContributorNetwork - Pennsylvania lawmakers are searching for a solution to illegal trash dumping throughout the state. One option that seems to be losing steam is mandatory trash pickup. The Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee is unsure as to whether requiring every city, borough, and municipality in Pennsylvania to hire garbage collectors paid for by taxpayers will solve the illegal dumping problem.

    The corporations and the municipal authorities should cooperate to safely recycle 100% of all the garbage, sludge, junk, smoke and fumes their employees and citizens generate. But they could never keep up with a growing population, so peacefully organized family planning programs must gently educate the people to give each woman the legally protected right to decide if and when to birth her children. Very few women want a large number of children, more want none at all, but the vast majority want no more than one, two or three. That way the number of human beings will return to a balance with planet Earth's ability to support us.
