It is the corporations themselves that are costing jobs by exporting whole factories to China and Mexico and anywhere low wage labor is available, because the CEOs will do anything to protect and increase their huge salaries and bonuses regardless of the health and safety of its workers since such regulations are minimal in low-wage nations. So, if the EPA is "easing" requirements for its health and safety regulations, it is betraying the public trust. What is desperately needed is 100% safe recycling of all garbage, sludge, junk, SMOKE AND FUMES. Once those "scrubbing" procedures are cost accounted into the corporate budget and excessive CEO salaries and bonuses are adjusted downward, safely produced electric power can again be available for a reasonable price.
