That's a catchy title. For a minute there I thought the crow here was literally that black-colored bird. Lol!Now on to the topic. At least those horses are not being slaughtered. I think there were similar incidents in the past where when government-owned horses were of no use anymore, they were killed instead because of the costs of keeping them. I'm not pointing at any government in particular here.
