Start living sustainably today!
This is one of the reasons I sometimes tend to be skeptical about human survival. Driven by our instinct to grow no matter what happens we persist with ever more dangerous behaviors day after day and year after year. Deep ocean and arctic drilling can never be safe, but the lust for growing wealth drives them to risk horrendous disaster again and again until the inevitable happens. So, how much abuse can this slowly shrinking biosphere absorb? Surely that question should be investigated more thoroughly by environmental scientists!
