He is called "the Green Pope", yet advocates not using birth control or any means of reducing population. He wants a climate change deal between nations that takes care of the poor, who are increasing by leaps and bounds, with demands on the biosphere. It mentions the world's "growing economies" and that is what also has to be stopped, to stop continued depletion and pollution. I doubt the Pope or the delegates reach an agreement which is of sufficient magnitude, complete, and in time.
